"best" is such an objective term. what's best for one application may not be the best for another.

if you want the absolute "best" you'll get one custom made for your application from the likes of hytech, ASP, or SSR. but be prepared to spend some serious money on them.

for a generic bolt on's and cammed engine that k-tuned header isnt bad.

 

I thought k-tuned ram style and r-crew were one of the best

 

they're better than most in terms of off the shelf headers

any of the commonly available swap headers is fine. from your username i take it you're from argentina? in that case factor in the additional shipping and customs costs to however much you want to spend.
