Coolant Leak by EGR
Pretty straight forward, if the clamp is properly tightened then the hose is bad and needs replaced, or the tube that hose goes over is corroded and breaking apart (noticed you've got some good rust there).
By the way, that clamp is an aftermarket replacement (maybe even the hose), the stock clamps are the three-eared spring loaded type.

Thats right, that line and clamps came with my AEM intake.
