So I was backing out of my driveway this morning and got a check engine light:
P0303 - Misfire cyl 3
P0304 - Misfire cyl 4
P1300 - Random misfire

I checked oil, reset the codes, and drove the car about 60 miles today...no further problems, and the check engine light didn't reoccur.

Should I investigate further? I was planning on pulling and replacing the plugs soon anyway, so might as well go ahead and do that. But the car didn't seem to drive or act any differently, except for one instance where I coasted to a stop and the RPM's seemed to drop a little low for a second.

Reason I'm so worried is that I'm about to take this car cross-country at the end of April, and would rather deal with something now rather than then. Is this a sign that there could be problems down the road, or probably just a fluke? I hadn't driven the car in 1-2 days prior to this, if that matters.
