Gsr head is tapped and ready for LSV it comes with everything except Dizzy. It has bad valve steam seals that's why I took it apart to fix it but decided to go a different route. I have all the bolts, caps, springs and everything to it, cams aren't in the pictures but they are GSR cams ..Also come with GE dowl Pins and vtec oil line.
