1997 honda civic 1.6L rpm questions

what would cause this to happen? the car feels like it pulsating so to speak. thanks in advance!

Hmmm, I know a guy having exacly this problem. Not sure but I think it was the speed sensor.

You would right on if it were my speedometer that was jumping around but it's my rpm that's jumping, I have no idea what it is. Thanks though

Your tach. is wired into you dizzy. Maybe be a loose connection.
