Is it under or over 50CC? Is it American or Import. It kind of looks like one of those earlier Chinese scooters. Is there a serial # anywhere?

im not sure how they do things in ill-a-noise, but in cali, you register those as a >49cc motorized cycle. street legal but not freeway legal.
