Default Honda Crx battery Dying

I have a 1990 Honda Crx Hf model. The Battery Recently started Dying. I Origianlly thought it was my Alternator Since I have had to replace it before. It has a Brand New Battery, New Ground lead for the Battery, and a new connector for the positive terminal. After riping out the alternator and taking down to nappa, they tested it and it was putting out perfect volatage. So I brought it home and put it back in. This was tuesday. Wednesday it was working perfectly. It worked fine, putting out perfect voltage till today, which is sunday. I have tested it multiple times and maximum voltage that is being pushed it about 12.5 volts. I can't figure out what the issue seems to be. My step father mentioned something about a volatge regulator relay. Help would be amazing. I have a 5 day a week job Kinda need to make it there.

By "maximum voltage", do you mean with the key off, key on, or even key started/running??

12.6volts is average for a battery when the key/engine/everything is turned off. 12.5v is not a problem.

If you have 12.5volts while the engine is running, it sounds like an intermittent problem with the charging system. Alternators put out over 13v (minimum) while the engine is running.

Are the lights and everything not working? if it has 12.5 volts then your charging sytem may be fine. Or is the car just not starting intermittently?
