I m trying to figure why only my 2nd 4th and reverse gear are going in on my itr tranny and why 1st 3rd and 5th dosen t want to go in... I did a refresh of all my syncro exept 5/R. I have upgrade the fd for a 4.785 and install a Kaaz lsd. Finaly I upgrade the shifter for the new k tune b serie...

I didn t fill the tranny yet.... It s like if the 1/3/5 would only go half way... Or if something was blocking the to go all the way...

What could be the cause...? Change holder assembly not install properly with the change piece? The new shifter...? I just don't want to open up the tranny again if I don't have to...

Any help/cues will be appreciated.

 

If it won't go into gear when you bench shifted it, it needs to come apart as something wasn't installed correctly.
