Default Best Possible Suspension Setup

uhmm..well as you could tell by the title, i'm wanting to know what is the best suspension setup. maybe i can get some feedback on what are good coilover and strut combos and a question i've had for a while because i see different answers different place. so what makes a car (specifically my 89 si hb)rotate (have minimal understeer) best, having stiffer springs in the front or having stiffer in the rear..i want some knowledgeable answers if possible please. i just passionately want my civic to handle really good so thanks

There are quite a few ppl on the bandwagon for a Koni/GC combo. I have never used them because I have crappy Tokiko blues and unknown springs, but I know that ppl love that setup. I remember seeing some posts about guys that have them, maybe you can do a search?

How much do you want to spend? Do you want remote reservoir shocks? Penske? Moton?
