I'm looking at some low mileage eibach sportline springs part# 4.2040 and oem shocks that came off a 94 integra. Will they fit my 93 civic and lower it at least 1.5" the ones eibach recommends is part# 4.1740 for my civic. I can't find the specs on stiffness and what not to compare the two. Anyone done this b4?

I'm not too familiar with the Eibach springs. They should fit if they are for an Integra but may not give you the exact drop you're looking for. Also, if you're planning on lowering your car 1.5", you'll blow out the OEM shocks in no time.

 

I thought you wouldn't blow out oem shocks till you drop 2"+? At least that's what I've read. I'm new to lowering cars and I'm on a tight budget that's why I'm looking used
