cracked shock tower on both sides:

should I be concerned? How do i fix this? Thanks in advance..

 

I think thats just seam seal cracking

 

**** that bay is Dirty! I'd scrape the old seam sealer off, clean the bay a bit and apply new 2 part seam sealant

 

it does look like cracked seam sealer but pictures won't tell all. find a thin pocket screw driver or something like it and scribe across the crack. if its soft them its seam sealer, if it feels solid then there's a crack in the metal. high strength steal does crack but its unlikely in your case, i could be wrong
