94cx Not turning over. need help diagnosing.
I have a 94 cx hatch with a OBD1 b18b1 swap.
I work offshore so the car has been sitting for 4 weeks, it ran perfectly when i parked it.
~what it is doing....
when I put the key in the on/run position the dash lights come on ( check engine light comes on then goes away) the radio comes on like normal and i can hear the fuel pump priming. However when i turn the key to start... I hear a click (guessing the starter relay) and then nothing.
~ what i have done.
prior to parking it for 4 weeks, i just put in a new battery, starter, and clutch switch. so i highly doubt those are the case.
i swapped in a known good main fuel relay and nothing changed.
i swapped in a known good ecu and nothing changed.
what does this sound like? any help would be appreciated.

I have replaced the rubber grommet with a penny superglued to the pedal, I have had to replace many of those before. I also double checked to see if that was still in place, which it was.
Let me ask this question. The car was sitting up for 4 weeks. If the battery is low/weak, will it allow for all interior lights/radio and prime fuel pump as normal when the key is turned and then when you try to crank... Do nothing?
The main relay and ECU have nothing to do with the starter circuit, so swapping those led to the expected outcome.
Test/Charge the battery and go from there.
