Icon2 Rear wheel fitment problem (Spacers)

I got some new tires today and I was told I have to put spacers on them cause it was rubbing the inner bar that bolts up to the rear spindle.

Now I have my tires sticking out and every time I hit a bump or turn sharp my tires rub against my fender.

Its like the fender and tire are right on top of each other.

What can i do to pull the top of my wheel back under my fender? my tires and rim size is 225/35 20 i didn't have a problem in till I got brand new tires.
Also I have a 1.5 in drop in the rear.

Did they actually check the spacing after the car was on the ground?
if they checked the rear tire clearance whip in the air the tire will rub against some suspension components. In my case the 245s hit the springs at full drop but they clear once the car is loaded.
if they are in fact rubbing without the spacer while loaded that tire has a thicker side wall. Have you checked the last set for inner sidewall wear?
Also are your fenders rolled or stock?

I ran 225/45 17's on 7"wide rims with a 42mm offset. Things were kind of close, but nothing ever rubbed. The tires were Continentals. With the short sidewall there is not going to be much deflection.

its only in the rear.
its a 35 side wall
but its strange because it was not a problem before.I got new tires

my other tires didn't wear in the in the inner side wall. on a 95 accord there are no adjustments in there rear for the toe only after market parts.
I just don't like the fact my tires are now sitting right out side my rear fender so when i hit a bump or turn a corner fast the rear lip of the tires rub the fender lip and I don't want to tear my 100 dollar tires up

Not all tires are measured the same, some brands or models are wider or narrower than a same sized tire. Height/diameter are usually consistant, but if you changed brands/model then that may be where your issue lies.
