Default Honda Civic 98 EX Window keeps falling of track!

My drive side window on my 98 Honda civic Coupe keeps falling off, I have tried to replace the regulator twice now with no luck.

Any suggestions?

My EG is the same. Yet to figure out mine. Hows the track look?

Align the glass as per service manual and spray some silicone lubricant into the rubber side tracks so the glass slides smoothly.

If the regulator is not bent, and the channel looks good, spray the channel with dry silicone lube as said above...AND... On the regulator kicker ( the floater arm near the bottom with 2 bolts in it) take out the rear bolt and loosen the front(the rear hole is slotted) use a rattail file to elongate the hole towards the bottom 3/8" to 1/2". Put the bolt back in, and hold the arm to the bottom of the hole and tighten the bolts.
