hey guys just got my fal window quarter glass and rear hatch glass for my eg hatch. I was wondering how should i install them? with rivets or glue? and if only glue specifically what kind of glue ? Thanks everyone.

 

any glass shop could either glue them in or tell what glue to use...a few race cars i have helped worked on with anything other than glass windows have actually used both. its nice to have both for some added security, but the glue will also act a seal to keep any moisture from getting into the cabin

a quick google search for windshield glue will give you alot of different options

 

glass companies use urethane window adhesive. It has to heated up to get it out of the tube. They have heaters that the tube sets in and then they use an electric culk gun.
