Is there a DIY on this forum? Do the moldings just pull straight up and what part is the easiest to get it started? Where do the metal clips at the ends attach to?

When attaching the new moldings, are they a press on fit or a slide up the roof fit?

 

You mean the black rain gutter moldings? They should have clips underneath. Use a thin flat blade screwdriver and pry the molding upwards.
