Default Frame Rail Replacement

Got into an accident and I'm pretty sure the damage is isolated only to the frame rail, not the rest of the chassis. Is the frame rail replacement something that I can do at home without a frame rack or should I take it to the shop? I can measure, weld, etc. Just wanted your honest opinion.

I'd take it to a shop. a frame rail should be done with a frame rack. I'd prefer to have it pulled closest as possible to specs and be on my way. I'm sure it could be done at home but why bother with the chances of a headache later.
