i swapped a b18a1 motor and wired it up..(t[IMG][/IMG]his is my first b series swap into a ef hatch) but im having an ignition and fuel problem im gettin code 13 and code 15 ive replaced the main relay and dropped the tank and checked the fuel pump all is in great working order ive got a brand new distribituor plugs and wires ive got 2 known working ecu's i get fire sometimes when i first crank it but, never any fuel pump at all can someone tell me how to trouble shoot this and tell me wheres the best place for all the grounds under the hood ive got one on the trans and on the valve cover and one on the thermostat housing.

 

With the car on, are you getting voltage at the BARO sensor (13)? At the distributor (15)? If you aren't getting voltage to either one you either have bad wires or a bad ECU. With the ECUs being known/good check continuity on the wires from the ECU to confirm bad wires. I'm thinking that most likely a wire(s) is pinched from swapping the engine- or just broke.
