If the dampers/shocks/struts are good, the springs can't bounce.........

That alot for the stock shocks to handle might be a bit bouncy but no dout ur going to blow some shocks. And with springs ur gonna be like 2.5 up front 2.25 in the rear after they settle

xTyFighterx is pretty much right on the money as far as the settled height. If you want an upgraded shock look at koni yellows or similar.

The question is... What do you want the suspension to do?

A) if for track use, get Koni shocks. As they're damper adjustable so you can play with how soft or hard you want it, the valving is more suited to aftermarket springs and will last a big longer.

B) "stance" then sell the springs and buy coil overs. As they're a lot better for dropping cars to the ground but it won't handle great at full adjustment.

C) a better ride for going to work, a little bit lower etc. then use these springs go buy some NEW OEM shocks either from Honda or your local KYB stockist Nd have them shortened to match the springs. Again wont handle fantastic but will be suffice for every day use.

Make sure what ever you do, compliment the suspension in other areas. Upgrade your sway bars, strut braces, replace worn out bushes and give your steering system an overhaul.

I'm not an expert but after playing with Konis in my rx7 race car they're great for both road and race but you pay the price. Keep an eye out on eBay as I picked up a set of Koni Yellows and springs with sleeves for $340nzd($270usd) on trademe(our version of eBay)

Strut braces aren't a must have. Just nice to have, takes out the minimal flex in your top part off the frame.

Stagg SHS Set of 4 Shocks Honda CRX Civic 89 to 91 | eBay
never heard of them but im not going to down somthing i have no experince with its your money you can buy what you want and try what you want but from my experience with that drop your shocks are going to go to crap. Koni Yellows are a great shock with a great warrenty and can handle the drop. there are other options to you just have to search. No one on here is going to tell you to go with off brand ebay stuff most likley those shocks are like a stock replacement which wont help your case you might be ok with those shocks and those springs for a little while who knows, but i would certainly save up to buy some nice shocks with a great warranty and great customer service it will save you in the long run. suspension is a major componet in your car not only should you buy shocks that have quality but also for your saftey most importantly just do a little research. good luck man hope everything works out!

OMG don't get those Staggs. They are a quick cheap setup for OEM. People get those when they are nearly broke and cannot afford better or are about to flip a car on the cheap.

Any OEM replacement shocks and those Skunks are a straight up mismatch. The shocks will be 'underdamped".

And extended top hats don't help you get any lower. I don't know WHERE you people are getting this **** from. All they do is increase shock travel for car that are very low.

Get the Yellows.

Back to which coilovers specifically? Might not be any better over the springs if they are those generic slip on coilovers.
