Best clutch+flywheel for 6th gen accord h22 swap
Hi, I'm doing an h22 swap in my 98 accord, and my oem clutch is slipping. I was wondering what everyone's opinion is for the best clutch and flywheel combo for a DD street car. I also am using my f23 tranny as well because I can't afford h2b right now. any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks.
You can't go H2B in any Accord FYI.
Just get an Exedy stage 1 clutch kit with a 8lbs Fidanza flywheel. People think it's too light to be DD, but hell, after a day or two of driving it, you won't even notice it anymore, it feels like stock. Same kit I have on my H22. Love it. Just don't get any Ebay brand such as XTD or F1 Racing. I had an F1 Racing kit and sh*t overheated on my at the track causing me to force it into 2nd gear and coast through the drag strip.

Thank you for clarifying the H2B thing. I've always thought it wasn't possible, but some people i've asked have led me to believe it was. I've heard of the exedy stage 1/ 8lb fidanza combo. Is there a noticeable difference in revving?
I forgot that my engine revs up and comes down fast after a year of having it. Lol.
