Default Where do these parts belong?

I stripped my car to take it to the paint shop and I am now putting it back together. I have two parts that I don't remember where they came from. They look like mirror images of each other so I am thinking one on each side of the car. I am also thinking they go under the car but I don't know.

I remember seeing those. I think they belong in the back under the car.

I remember removing one of those when I was dropping the fuel tank.
They go on either side of the tank or near the fuel tank

I believe it clips right below the rear bumper bolts that you tighten from underneath the car
