Function and form coilovers question??? Help***

Function and form coilovers question??? Help***
K so I'm wondering if a function and form type2 strut will fit in a type1 bottom sleeve properly?? I have function and form type1's and wanted to just buy two function and form type2 struts for the front. Lmk thanks.
