My friend rrecently took my cluster out to change to bulbs to led and take the paint off the back of the gauges so it would be brighter amd also the SI part so it would glow through. Everything was working befoe we took it out and we plugged I back in and the fuel went up full and stayed there (it was at half before) and also the temp gauge rises up to past the H and stays there. When I first start the car its at cold amd then once it warms up its already at H. And everything is good with the car I know theres something wrond with the fuel.temp gauge so my question is how do I go about fixing this. Or where would I go to replace it. Or ruck it and buy a new si cluster?

 

You'r friend probaly messed something up...how is byond me if you were just changing the bulbs.

 

your friend definately messed your cluster up and prob fried those gauges ... your best bet is to get a new one and leave it alone. and keep you non qualified friend away from it.

 

the gauge is definitely messed up. still cant find a place to grab the parts to fix the gauge. cuz i dont want to buy a whole new cluster.
