Will the 1999 Integra CD headunit work in 2000 Civic?
The Integra CD player does use the Honda harness. Electrically, you should have no problem even if the harness doesn't fit.
I think the Civics have a weird shaped radio, or did this stop in 98+ and go to a DIN unit?

the ACura and Honda harness is the same. I took out my acura deck and out it in my dads 91 accord and it just plugged in. I swapped for his panasonic deck
Yes, the Integra deck would work on a Civic. As far as I know, any Acura/Honda shares the same harness from '86 - '98. 'I think 99 - present of any Acura/Honda shares the same harness, but don't qoute on this one. A '98 might work on a '99. Hmm...I guess I will find out this week because I am going to put a '99 Civic CD deck in a '93 Prelude.
There are more than that unfortunately. There are two screws on each side as well, open the glove box all the way down and you should see a screw on top and a screw at the bottom. On the driver side, take the plastic thing out just below the steering wheel, and you should see a screw on top and bottom. After that, the plastic (where the cig. lighter is) should come off. Now look underneath and you should see 3-5 bolts, unscrew those and the dash should come off. Be careful here because the dash is also clipped on. Hope this help.
