My 01 doesn't have cf climate control, I do have cf personal box though, I assumed it was aftermarket

 

Speaking of which...

Is anyone else bothered by the fact that the '00-'01 models exclude the passenger side air vent from the faux CF styling? Why in the world is the drivers vent CF, but the passenger side isn't? Maybe I'm a little OCD about symmetry, but that imbalance actually drove me to replace all my CF parts with standard black, just so everything would match...

 

When I drove my 00 ITR home from the dealer, I immediately noticed they had forgotten the passenger vent as it did not match. Definitely bothers me.. in fact I was just looking at it yesterday (13 years later) and it still bugs me.

 

Wow that's news to me, first I tought all ITRs came with the carbon faux pieces, 98's didn't but 00+ did but forgot passenger lol
