would a ITR Comptech ICEBOX fit in EG with B16?

I believe a ITR intake with a B16A icebox will do the trick.

Tell you the honest truth i have never tried it I always assumed that the ITR ice box wouldn't work but the one for the SI should because they are both civics and the intake mani sits like it does on the ITR.
