Are all 94-01 wiring harness except the engine harness the same?

the body harnesses have different part numbers from acura.

No, there are differences in different harnesses, in different models as the years go by.

So pretty much if I use a 97 LS body harness, I have to keep the other harness 97 LS.

Not necessarily, you just need to be careful about how they all connect. Some might require repinning or having wires added. Some will work just fine. The only way to know is to have wiring diagrams in front of you, or to be dutiful with a multimeter.

But if you want to keep it simple, stick with 97 LS harnesses, or harnesses with the same parts numbers.
