Well your 91 Accord is OBD1, you could stick an H22A1 in there for under a grand and it would be an almost direct bolt up minus the mounts. We are talking about a 5spd right? A4 is is non-VTEC, B1 is the stock VTEC motor in the 5th gen Accord EX's

 

Yes its a 5 speed and what year and model did the h22a1 come in as well what mounts would I use
