Forgot to Re Install Bump Stop?

Default Forgot to Re Install Bump Stop?
Is it bad I forgot to install this part on the new inner tie rods.. I just realized after everything is together I didnt swap them from the old ones..

that groove is for the outer end of the boot. Not sure what bump stop you are referring to.
