Icon2 h22 build questions?????

I origionaly posted this in the hybrid section with no replies im hopping someone on here can give me some insight thanks

ok heres the story i currently have 4 different h22's one is a stock h22a in the car rite now the other is a h22a4 complete short block a h22a long block that i believe the balance shaft broke in and a build h22a long block with pistons rods for turbo which has a spun rod bearing

1. if i wanted to use my turbo block (its dry darton sleeved) is it possible to just put bearings in it and go or would i have to get a new crank and if so can i use my crank out of my a4 or use a crank out of my f23a4 and use the rods from the h22 or would that cause a p2v clearance issue

2. If i was to use my a4 block and use an f23 crank would i have to use the f23 rods or can i just use the h22 rods?

3. I have searched and cant seem to find anyone posting hp numbers on a turbo h2b setup with pistons and rods has anyone done it before and how did u like it?

4. i have heard that u can line bore mains for example if i have a 50mm block and a 55mm crank it can be line bored to fit the bigger crank true or false?

Sorry for all the questions but im stuck on trying to decide what i want to do and these answers i receive will steer me in the right direction so any feedback is appreciated and don't tell me search i already have.
