Fuel Pump 94 accord
So...I keep seeing all over the internet that you can access the fuel pump underneath the back seat of the car, then I see you have to drop the tank. I would like to know why I've seen pics of it actually under the back seat because that's not the case with my 94 accord. What is the real truth behind the fuel pump. I have tried replacing the relay and that's not the issue, are there any other possibilities of what could be the issue?

Relay, fuse, bad ground, bad wiring.
Yes you have to drop the tank. I cut out above the pump and installed hinges and a latch with rubber to create a seal. Now i have access to the pump w/o having to drop the tank because if i can do it easier and faster then i will.
