Here's a video of my popping suspension. It has koni orange shocks with the eibach pro kit. I've replaced the spring isolators, sway endlinks and bushings, but the sound is still there Hopefully someone here can pinpoint this. Thanks

I was thinking that, but a bad strut mount makes the sound when you turn the steering wheel. I've had it taken apart twice and the mechanic couldn't see anything wrong. Maybe something internally in the shock itself?

mount, bushing, ball joint, can you isolate the side of the car? id have one person bounce it while the other looks..

i had a noise and it was similar, found my upper ball joint would move under certain conditions.. seemed fine via standard inspections but replaced the upper arm and it fixed it..

so basically just because it all looks ok does not mean it is

It sounds like it's coming the upper part of the assembly. Here's another video from today showing the top side. After seeing that movement, I'm guessing it's a bad mount?

If all of the fasteners are tight, and the rest of the suspension has been checked properly. Most likely, you got a bad shock.

For some reason it keeps buffering if you're trying to watch it from a phone. It plays fine on a laptop/pc. Well I think I'm gonna buy some mount bushings and get my mechanic to install them+plus check surrounding components. Hopefully that does the trick. The shock doesn't leak, doesn't bounce like a caddy, car handles fine and doesn't bottom out over speed bumps. It's just annoying more then anything, I have to turn up my stereo to drown out that damn sound. Thanks for the input.

how low is the car? check to see if the upper control arms are hitting the top of the shock tower area

It's got about a 1.3" ish drop, nothing crazy like you see nowadays. I'm going to put my summer tires on this weekend so I'll check then. I took a video of it again while I was turning the wheel both ways and nothing moved.
