94 accord hesitates in reverse when cold

94 accord hesitates in reverse when cold
My 94 accord the last 2 days when I start it in the mornings it takes a couple of seconds once I put it in reverse to engage. I just checked the fluid and it is ok. Anyone know what might be going on here? It shifts up fine in drive.
