1992 civic iacv bolts damage

1992 civic iacv bolts damage
hello HT
yesterday i remove idle air control valve to clean it every thing was fine but when re install it i damaged the thread in the down hole bolt and the bolt lose now and my car idle like b****
this is my dd car i dont have another car
what can i do to fix it ? should i remove the the intake and make new thread or or i try to change the bolt i am confuse dont no what to do HELPPP please
