Honda CRX 91, Front wheel problem (with pics)
I have a 91 honda crx, d15b2, dual point injection. The problem im having is that whenever i turn or hit the brakes my tires scrape up against the side wall. Take a look at the pics. I have no idea how to fix the problem. Im wondering if there is a way to adjust the wheels forward?
any advice or input is appreciated.

What size tires are you running?
Is it only the passenger side that has this issue?
Have you cut the springs or lowered it in any way?
Has the car ever been in an accident on that side?
Check all the bolts in the wheel well make sure they're all tight, then check the nuts on the top of the coil over assembly. While you're checking the bolts under the car check the ball joints, never seen a loose ball joint cause this but doesn't hurt to check. Almost seems like it's got some negative caster but I can't remember if there's an adjustment for that on hondas or yours in particular. Take it to an alignment shop or any shop that does alignments and ask them to do a caster sweep for you.
Edit: If you have any decent shops by you or one you always use they'll probably even check out the alignment for free and not charge a diag fee.

I would start by checking the radius rod bushings (the radius rod goes from the lower control arm to the front crossmember) in the front crossmember, and make sure the LCA isn't bent.

Ive hit a curb with the passenger side tire before. Then my battery wouldnt start the car so i started kick starting the car. i did that for about 6 monthes. and slowly the tires (both passenger and driver side) start scraping the inside burning rubber. Now its just ridiculous.
Both sides have the same issue.
All tires are the correct size.
no mods or replacements on shocks or anything else.
Had an alignment done and did not fix the problem.

That's a caster issue and caster is not adjustable on a stock CRX.
IMO the front cross member is bent backwards moving the wheel backwards.

Caster is not adjustable but it is controlled by the radius rod, the thin metal bar. Your wheel is pushed back from an accident and you need to replace the radius rod, front cross member and/or lower control arm.
Take your car to someone who can diagnose the real problem instead of blindly replacing parts. You may save more time and money.
