Default HELP!!!.1994 Honda Accord EX 5 speed

I have a 94 accord ex it needs a new clutch its not griping gears as strong and it needs a new timing belt I can see the belt worn down... what should I do first?? What's more important and its running... and also sometimes it won't start in the morning I changed the battery and checked the starter and the altentor they are good... could it be the clutch???

I would suggest you change the timing belt first then the clutch. Changing the timing belt is cheaper to do first then changing the clutch.
