ok i picked up a 90 awd wagon shell i dropped a y7 with a b7 intake manifold, a crx si tranny, pm6 ecu and si engine harness. I bought starter, alternator, distribuitor, and clutch new at this point the motor is in the bay with all mount install harness plugged in and battery installed dash lights turn on everything powered works but it wont turn on it wont even crank..any suggestions????? can it be the main relay? can it be my ignition? if so how do i check? thanks

 

maybe try jumpin power to starter to see if it cranks, other than that was the dizzy brand new or rebuilt? could be faulty, could be main relay. does the fuel pump kick on when u turn the key on? have u checked all ur grounds?

 

Need a lil more info... Do you know any history of the shell? Was there a previous issue that led it to become only a shell? If you arent able to find any info id suggest listening for noises when attempting to crank it over, if you have power to the dash and hear the fuel pump prime that rules out a few things already. I would also check your neutral safety switch, that tends to be a typical issue that isn't often checked. Easier to get to with the gauge cluster taken out rather than under the dash on your back imo.

Hows old is the battery? Fully charged?
