I dont really know where to put this, I so I figured I could put it here. If this is not the appropriate area, please feel free to move it.

I contacted you all on February 7th to purchase sway bar backings for my Function7 brace. A lady at you all's office answered and I quickly payed for the "duckfeet" (sway bar plates). I was told everything goes out USPS and should have them in 3-5 days.


I waited until the 18th of February and STILL no sign of them. So I called again. Left a message on you all's answering machine.

Waited another 3 days, WITHOUT a call back, so I called again and left ANOTHER message.

A day or two passed without any callback or sign of my sway bar plates. Finally I called back and reached the lady who I had ordered from. She looks into it and calls me back saying they had misplaced my order in a stack of papers.

Ok, things happen, I can wait 3-5 days for them to be mailed.

It is now the 21st of March, 6 weeks AFTER I had originally ordered them. I have left NUMEROUS messages and even emailed.

Can I atleast get a call back or anything in regards to this sitaution?

I have your Subframe Brace, LCA's and even contemplating on ordering your ITR-EK LCA's, but after this scenario, I am very displeased as I have been waiting MORE then patiently for a product in which I order 6 weeks ago to the day and have yet to receive without even a call back or email as to why.

Care to chime in?
