Icon3 Electrical Issues

I have a 99 dx (value package). the rear speakers work fine. the power door locks work fin in all the doors. i have a factory head unit. checked the balance and it was set in the middle. the front speakers still dont work. neither driver or passanger. from the harness i have no cononuity between the conectors in the door for the speakers and the one under the dash(main floor wiring harness) Do you have any ideas in places to look and how to do it. im 17 and trying to learn.

How about running new wires straight from the wires that go to the front speakers from the head unit to the door speakers just follow the stock harness and tuck/tape/zip tie the wires onto the harness. You will have to remove the glove box knee bolster and side kick panels for access.
But First wire the front speakers to the headunit before removing glove box etc to see if all is good, maybe your head unit or headunit harness might be the prob.

All of the wires for the door are routed through a rubber sleeve that runs from the part of the door closest to the hinge, across to the body of the car. Hope that makes sense

door jam connectors. Those crappy pins tend to rust out.
