osram and philips 4300k bulbs have a life of up to 3,000 hours
these new pointless 5000, 6000, 7500, 8000, 9000K bulbs all have a short life expectancy so i hear.. people burning them out within a year or so.. ive had my philips kit for a little over 3 years now with no problems..

My question is: What all is needed to be replaced when the bulb blows?
Just the bulb or the ballast as well?
And where do you get replacements from and what is the range of price.
