I have a problem I done a swap everthing was fine I pushed my clutch in and pit it in reverse and pulled out of my driveway in to the road I pushed the clutch in shifted to first and started to release the clutch heard a slight pop and didnt go no where and could shift it thru all gears with out pushing in the clutch

Axle not in all the way?

 

Both axles are all the way in it feels like my chutch is stuck engaged

 

Make sure clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder are in good working order.

 

If there's a problem with the clutch, I would expect it to feel excessively soft or firm.

 

Was this with the engine running? I'd check the cables for starters, you just did the swap, are you sure they are still on and on correctly.
