Car will start up.. it idles funky but sometimes okay.High pitched wining comming from something in fuel line?not sure where. It just cant leave the driveway. I bought car from florida and drove it all the way to tennessee on my home to Illinois and she quit on me. I was pressing gas pedal down and even pumping it and the car just wouldnt regain the rpms. Had to get it towed back home and sitting in garage
Air to fuel ratio is good, oil temp and water temp is good. but the fuel pressure gauged is jumping from 40 to zero anywhere inbetween.PLEASE HELP! new to cars and id say pretty ignorant but willing to learn anytime someone wants to throw info.

appreciate it! after i get done with the regulator you think i shoud move to the fuel pump? because im pretty sure thats the thing that has high pitched wistling
How do you know the air/fuel ratio is good? Does any liquid ever come out of the tail pipe? Don't assume it's gas, smell it.
Also, when you bought it, give us full details on exactly what happened from the second you walked up to the car. Don't care what cologne the seller was wearing but how did the car act? Did it run perfect? Perfect for a while? What happened?
