FS/FT: Very clean 1998 turbo sohc civic ex d16z6, arp, konig, skunk 2, ac, ps,cc

I have for sale a very clean 1998 civic ex coupe, I traded the vehicle for my em1 about two years ago, and has been a great daily driver, I have put alot of money and time in this car. The inside is mint and outside is very fresh, it was painted march of last year. The car still has ac,ps,cc and power locks and windows, all work perfect.The body has around 205,xxx on it and the engine has 950 since rebuild, it has not given me any trouble since the rebuild and turbo setup, it is still my daily. The mods that are on car as listed, I will add some if I forget anything:
The block is D16a6 stamped block with all brand new z6 pistons, piston rings, oil pump, water pump, timing belt, main and rod bearings, arp headstuds supertech block guard.
The head is a stock d15b, with new valve seals and head was checked and all in great shape.

Godspeed T3/T4 .63 A/R 57 trim turbo run with proper oil restrictor
Black no name fmic, 2.5" piping with greddy style bov
Cast Manifold that allows the ac to be kept, 38 mm wastegate
Custom DP , ebay 2.5" full exhaust with test pipe with silencer
Walbro 255 lph fuel pump
RC 440 cc injectors, high impedance so no resistor box needed
Adjustable FPR with fuel gauge, new fuel filter and tps
Glowshift boost and oil pressure gauges, and glowshift gauge bezel around cluster
Omnipower 4 bar map sensor
15" Konig Countersteers wheels professionally powdercoated by Advanced Custom Coatings
Skunk 2 coilovers, stock struts (not blown) , rides smooth
Skunk 2 intake manifold
Xentec hid kit high and low beam 5000k
Dual slim fans
Alpine cd player and alpine speakers all around
Xtd stage 3 clutch and new stock flywheel
Car was painted 4/12 and still looks very fresh
It was tuned on 6psi on neptune by Matt shue, I will be going back to get it retuned on 12 psi before sell, will have dyno sheets posted as soon as I do that.
I am not pressed to sell the car, alot of people can vouch for it and I love driving it, but I am looking for something newer as me and the wife plan on adding to the family this year and a turbo coupe is not really the best family car.
NEW clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder installed on 3/2, adjusted valves also
