95ex, factory cruise. Just randomly started acting up, i set cruise and it just wants to go WOT. I can even be moving, put car in neutral and hit cruise and rpms will just jump

anyone seen this? i hate to just buy parts to find out but not sure if its the actual module under the hood or the computer under dash?

 

well incase anyone ever comes across something like this, ended up being my VSS, sometimes it would jump around i guess it wasnt making a good connection

 

For the record though, the rpms would jump if the car is in neutral and you set the cruise.

 

cruise should not work in neutral when parked though, which it was also doing.
