Default Help! Suspension set up !

Ok I'm looking to actually put a full coilover strut suspension set up on my car. I have no clue what I wanna go with!

- I wanna ride pretty low to the ground
- want it to ride pretty decent as well

I've ran a KW full coilover strut before and holy F*** it rode like hell.

Any personal opinions on a suspension set up would be good.

Money not a problem, I'll pay for quality that's for sure

Thanks!

If you don't have ANY budget at all, go AMR. If you want quality for a little less, Koni/GC.

From what ive reasearched Tokico illumina and ground control were a good set up along with Koni yellow and ground control. Full coilover strut would be nice but I'm looking for quality. I like my car to ride like like a Lincoln lol float and not bounce all over the road.

Assuming that you actually have the 95 Civic listed.

You've had full coilovers on the car at all times. It shipped from the factory that way.

You've also never had struts on the car. That car doesn't use struts.

Do you even know what you're talking about?

Bounce is under damped. If you don't want it to bounce, simply buy adequate shocks for the spring rates chosen.

If you want it to ride like a Lincoln, run air bags like a Lincoln. Any idiot should have been able to figure that one out.

In fact I do own a 95 civic sedan.

Just because I do not use the technical terms for the automotive parts on a civic doesn't mean the average man doesn't know what I'm talking about. And yes I do know the difference between a strut and a shock coil with a coil spring.

I will admit I am not the smartest when it comes to spring ratio and shocks to accommodate the springs.

THAT'S WHY I AM HERE!

But I can tell you how to remove and install every part and accessory ever made for the 1992-1995 honda civic from top to bottom. Unlike half the people out there I actually do all the work to my vehicle MYSELF, from wire tucks to complete paint, 5 speed conversions, to engine swaps B.A.R READY. RHD conversions are easy for me as well. (CHP approved)

I am good at what I do and I have plenty of references to back up my work. So if you want to get technical then be my guest.

I do all the work myself, not pay others to do so for me.

Try me..

How about "Try again" because there was more than one opinion in that thread past the first post. You would know that if actually read the entire thread.
