NEED AN IN-EXPENSIVE CAMBER KIT
I am looking to put a comber kit on the front of my 96 civic. I know nothing about them... other than needing them is a myth, except when u have the issues i do. The camber is too much, when i spin the tires (burn out) it leaves a tiny section of rubber on the ground, maybe 2 inches wide. only from the inside of the tires. i need my tires to be a little closer to straight up and down.
So needing a cheap kit- am in the process of buying a home and "extra" money is tied up right now, but need get this done asap.

Raise the car, don't waste money you don't have on cheap parts that will fail, all in the name of fashion.
Of course, you'll totally ignore this so eBay, the worlds premier source of shitty parts, is obviously where you need to look.

if i raise the car, then i need to get it re-aligned. And by me thats about 100$... I was hoping someone would have a sour for less than that u know... Just fishing for ideas right now.
If i put it back to stock height my toe in will be a ton. i could eye ball it, and hope its good, but i have bfg drag radials, and falken azenas on the car and i don't want to prematurely kill them.

Your going to need a alignment with a camber kit to correct the toe. I am glad I have a lifetime alignment through Firestone. With all the suspension adjustments I do, I get the alignment checked once a month.

Camber changes toe. Raise the car, re align it and wait until you can afford a quality camber kit.
3 weeks away- all cash is froze until the house goes through!!! Damn, i raised it up, eyeballed it, did the same turns on the toe on both sides. Looks good, feels good, goes straight, so it should be fine for a few weeks, also found that my inner tie rods have a little bit of play in them. so i guess thats now on the list too.
i only drive 24 miles total a day to and from work.

Camber changes toe, probably as much as ride height does. As others have said, you'll need an alignment either way, so personally I'd just stick with the standard stuff and run it a bit higher.
