Just got back from talking to LAPD. Car was stolen in west LA, will give you more info later; too angry to really think much less type the whole incident.

Thieves suck ****! Damn bastards. Imma have myself a nice little surprise for em. My cousin was showing me something about how he put a custom kill switch on his car. If the car was tow'd away then thats a different story but if the thieves do what they need to do to get in the car, bypass the immobilizer, or even get a key made for the car!@, they still can't start it unless they bypass the kill switch. Alarm on not, i think thats still somewhat useful. Think about it, the alarm is still active, the alarm might have a kill switch itself and it might also have a starter kill too. THat won't matter because even if someone can disable the alarm, they still have to disable the home made kill switch. I know its just another button for someone to press but still, as long as its another obstacle for those bastards to get through, im willing to take my chance. Sorry to hear about your Type R man, i'd be pretty damn pissed too. Keep everyone updated on teh situation!

 

Almost everday one gets stolen. It is very sad

Sorry about your car Holmes, I fear this every day of my life.

 

All right here are the details: I live in west la. I got a call like at midnight saying my car was stolen, but the thing is cops recovered it. I guess LAPD were following these punks for like 4 hours; supposedly these guys are mad car theives and have been boosting a lot of cars around the west la area. So I guess LAPD was doing some undercover work. Well anyways, for 4 hours they followed these guys. I guess they were looking for one specific car: my ITR. After following them into a garage, they came out with my ITR. After 5 minutes of them driving in my car, 4 cop cars rolled up on them, and busted them. My car is all right except the steering column which is all fucked up. I am just so glad that they recovered my car, I feel so lucky. Death to all car theives!!!!
