I have a 1999 civic and i've came across some fog lights so i picked them up ive got my bumper cut to fit them but im wondering how do i wire them up ?

It is fairly easy to do. I did mine in about 40 minutes and most of that time was tryiing to identify the one wire plug to connect it to. Like rawrxdiino8 said just google it and you'll come up with a full in detail write up.
