the "D" light on my 04 civic was blinking and runs bad, from scan tool it shows shift solenoid A. So I replaced the whole set (A & B). Now the blink was gone but the tranny stays on first gear only. Need help please guys give info.

Have you checked the usual culprits? ATF levels okay? No more trouble codes from your scan gauge? I had a similar problem with our 98 CRV a few weeks back and ended up getting a replacement transmission from Banawe (area of my city that has loads of auto parts stores)
