Default Honda Civic dying while driving

Hey I'm not sure if this has been said before, but I have a 2000 Honda that cuts off on me while driving what could it be?? Fuel injector or stater?? please some one help me before I go to a shop...

Catalytic converter plugged?

Le starter has NOTHING to do with your driving....it has only to do with your STARTING.

Fuel injectors (multiple) would have to plug, more likely plugged cat, dying/weak battery, low alternator output, or perhaps a loose MAF (airbox sensor) plug

Even a possibility of a bad ignition switch. Do the dash lights and radio and everything turn off when the car dies

most likely the ignition. my dx did the exact same thing it scared the **** out of me at first.

My eg did it. Turns out it was the stock anti theft system that wasn't even hooked up to The battery had ended up grounding out on the chassis killing the engine and immobilizing the starter.

Btw your car doesn't have a "stater" dirt bikes and quads and such do.

what does bog mean? it kind of jumps or acts like its back firing sometimes..

Just had my plugs changed and my filter.. but it still acts like it's about to stop on me.. it also back fires or stutters... what does that mean?
